Did you know Costa Rica has two tropical coasts? A Caribbean side and a Pacific side?
 
On this Costa Rica holiday, you’ll explore the beaches of both sides and also visit the famous Arenal Volcano.
 
You’ll arrive in San Jose with your family and we’ll meet you off the plane. After helping you through customs and immigration, we’ll take you to your first hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn overlooking San Jose’s Sabana Park.
 
The next day we’ll pick you up and drive you through mountains and rainforest to Puerto Viejo, a relaxing Caribbean beach town.
 
You’ll spend three nights at Azania Bungalows, where you can explore the local town, visit Cahuita National Park and snorkel in the Caribbean waters.
 
From Puerto Viejo, we’ll take you north up the Caribbean coast to Tortuguero, for two nights at Aninga Lodge. 
 
The Tortuguero National Park is famous for its pristine rainforests and lagoons, and also for the turtles that lay their eggs on the local beaches.
 
By now you’re ready for more active tours, some action. It’s time to head to the Arenal Volcano area, Costa Rica’s adventure capital.
 
Arenal Manoa is a great family hotel with its own working farm where the kids can milk cows and feed the goats and ducks as well as enjoying the thermal hot spring pools on the property! While here, we’ve included a rainforest hanging bridges and zipline adventure, as well as a visit to the volcano national park! The hotel also has a hot spring-fed pool where the kids can tire themselves out.
 
Ready for more beach? 
 
Try Costa Rica’s Pacific coast this time, staying in the funky beach town of Tamarindo at the gorgeous Cala Luna.
 
During your four nights in one of Cala Luna’s two-bedroom villas, enjoy your private pool and tropical gardens all around. Included here is a catamaran tour to check out turtles, dolphins, and other marine life.
 
All good things must end and after your stay in Tamarindo, it’s time to head back to San Jose and spend one night in the Central Valley before flying back home!
