Costa Rica Holiday is the UK 'Crack Unit' of Costa Rican Vacations (part of the Namu Travel Group) and was the idea of Surrey native Richard Bexon, one of Namu Travel Group's owners.

 

The idea was for people in the UK to talk to people from the UK living in Costa Rica.  We would use our unique knowledge of the country, combined with our knowledge of our home culture, to create the ultimate holiday experience.  So far it's worked out great and we've had over 100,000 happy people travel with us.

 

 

 

Based in the capital city of San Jose, we've been planning holidays to Costa Rica for over 20 years.  Our 100+ person team is made up of a variety of different nationalities from England, Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Denmark, Costa Rica and a few North Americans.  

 

We believe every holiday should be unique and special. That's why we design your holiday to fit you like a suit.  First, we get to know who you are and what you want to do.  Then we use our unique knowledge to put your holiday together for you, having stayed at the hotels, done the tours, and taken the transfers.

A big part of our business philosophy is making sure we give back to Costa Rica, especially the people. They are what makes this country truly unique.

 

 

Costa Rica Holiday, in partnership with our parent company the Namu Travel Group, started Tacos 4 Ticos in 2014.

 

 

"'TACO' is Costa Rican slang for football boots, 'TICO' is a nickname for Costa Rican people"

 

 

We collect and distribute used football gear as well as run five football Academies for kids all over Costa Rica.
